Tickets are valid for 48 hours from the time of the first time you board on the bus. The boat ticket is valid for the cruises of Duna Yacht Co.’s lines until the 1st January 2017.

 

Tickets are non replaceable so please look after your ticket. Children under the age of 8 may travel for free of charge if accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket.

 

Departure locations and times are defined by the three companies (Red line operated by Mr. Nilsz Ltd., Green and Pink line operated by Program Centrum Ltd., and River Cruises operated by Duna Yacht Ltd.) but may vary in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as sport events, demonstrations, traffic jam or due to weather conditions.

 

The buses are double-deckers or open top buses and they’ll depart regardless of weather conditions. In case of low or high water tide, the boat service may temporarily be unavailable.

 

Seats are not guaranteed either on the bus or on the boat-boarding depends on free capacity. No liability will be accepted for loss of personal items, so please take care of your valuables during the travel.

 

The consumption of alcohol, cigarettes, icecream, food, drinks (except bottled drinks) is prohibited on the bus at all times.

 

Tickets are available for our programmes either at the red or green staff on the street, or ask your receptionist at the hotel.

Cancellation Policy:

The tickets purchased through our website can be redeemed within 14 days from the day of purchase. For a smooth redemption we are advising you to redeem your voucher our main office at 1075 Budapest, Karoly krt. 21.
